Secure Transactions with Stripe
For the sake of security, our website make use of Stripe secure payment gateway.
Credit card information are cryptographed and inserted directly on PayPal website. Ut Orpheus Edizioni does not collect your credit card information. We only receive from Stripe the authorization to the transaction.
Your credit card will be charged at the moment of delivery for the amount related to the shipped products.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on total weight, delivery location and requested shipping method. Shipping to Italy is free on orders over € 50.00. The offer does not apply to shipments by Express Courier.

Order processing
Orders received are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
During the month of August, because of Summer holidays, times are subject to vary. 

Pickup from Store
To be carried out - subject to confirmation of the availability of the products in the shop - at the Libreria Musicale Ut Orpheus, via Marsala 31/E, Bologna. 

Right of Withdrawal 
Within the meaning and rules of Italian D.Lgs. n. 21/2014, the Consumer acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business or profession can exercise his right of withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
Right of withdrawal is not applicable to purchase (download) of digital goods.
Returns must be authorized by Ut Orpheus Edizioni prior to shipping. All shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser.
